The Café Kitchen within this large department store is extremely busy, with 400 plus covers a day and fast-moving to offering a brasserie-style menu.
Our new design radically altered the concept and production capabilities of the kitchen; the old galley kitchen was replaced with a central island suite. Meaning no seating as lost!
The DeManincor induction range helped reduce the ambient kitchen temperature, increased productivity by 30% and reduced running costs by 70%.
