Marketing Assistant

Job Title: Marketing Assistant
Job Level: Junior/Mid
Salary: £20,000 – £24,000.

Are you currently in an entry-level marketing role looking to expand your skills and experience, with a position that offers you autonomy?

This permanent role is highly creative and a progressive opportunity for a Marketing Assistant. It is extremely varied and will expose you to all elements of marketing and the sales process.

Experience in hospitality is not essential, but any business-to-business (B2B) experience would be preferred.

The right individual will be highly creative and passionate about all thing’s social media and digital. You will ideally have experience with the Adobe Creative Suite, social media, basic video editing, website content management and email marketing platforms.

The role will involve:

  • Working alongside the Marketing Manager and agency suppliers to deliver marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Creation of direct marketing and email campaigns utilising digital marketing software to drive leads and sales.
  • Using the website content management system to update, add to and develop as required.
  • Create a positive brand perception and increase awareness via social media.
  • Assistance in the production of marketing collateral such as brochures and case studies.
  • The opportunity to take your own marketing ideas from conception to delivery.
  • Work alongside our Business Development and Commercial Managers on the road, in meetings and in the office, as part of your continual development and training.
  • Utilising the company CRM to deliver marketing campaigns based on leads and sales.
  • General customer service and lead qualification, ensuring new business opportunities are handled effectively.
  • Communication with differing hospitality stakeholders, from Facilities Administration to Executive Chefs.
  • This is an office-based role with the flexibility to work from home as required.

Catering Equipment Engineer

Job Title: Catering Equipment Engineer
Job Level: Mid to Senior
Salary: £competitive door-to-door + overtime

Are you an experienced Catering Equipment Engineer looking for a change of scenery, with the chance to work in some of London’s most prestigious hotels and restaurants? We’re interested to hear from you!

We’re looking to recruit a Catering Equipment Engineer to join our breakdown callout and servicing teams. You will be experienced in repairing all types of commercial catering equipment, from Combi Ovens to open burners, solid tops, fryers and even table-top appliances such as mixers. If you’re a specialist, don’t worry, we’d still like to hear from you.

You should be COMCAT qualified and preferably hold Gas Safe “Commercial Catering” certification. Commercial “Gas installation pipework” and “Pipework testing and purging” would be advantageous but not essential.

As an Award-Winning company, you will get the opportunity to work in some of the most famous commercial kitchens in London, including 5* Hotels on Park Lane, giving great job satisfaction. Due to the nature of the business, you will also be required to occasionally work at the opposite end of the spectrum, such as local cafés or takeaways.

The role will involve:

  • Attending breakdown callout and repairs of all commercial catering equipment.
  • Maintenance and servicing of commercial equipment on a planned basis.
  • Working collaboratively as part of a large team.
  • Dealing directly with our customers including other engineers and chefs.
  • Paid for overtime as required and occasional overnight working.
  • On-call weekend standby on a rota basis.
  • Working in Central London, Greater London and the Home Counties.
