Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive
Job Level: Entry/Junior
Salary: £20,000 – £24,000 + bonus/commission.

As you currently in sales looking for an opportunity to grow? Or are you currently a chef or hospitality professional that knows your way around a commercial kitchen? We’re interested to hear from you!

This permanent role is a progressive opportunity for a Junior Sales Executive or someone with hospitality experience. On-the-job industry training will be provided to aid continuous development on a long-term career path to a more senior sales and account management role.

The right individual will be driven, have a positive attitude and the ability to work within a collaborative sales environment as well as autonomously as required. The role will put our clients first whilst assisting Senior Account and Commercial Managers in the field, as well as follow-up on, and quoting of, incoming leads from various marketing sources.

The role will involve:

  • Growing revenue by generating new business from marketing leads & personal cold-calling or outreach to key industry stakeholders.
  • Assisting Senior Account and Commercial Manager with their existing clients by quoting and helping to drive sales.
  • Work alongside our Account and Commercial Managers on the road, in meetings and in the office, as part of your continual development and training.
  • Production of proposals and quotations, including those for self-generated opportunities, those from marketing and our Service Desk.
  • Utilising the company CRM to track, update and convert leads and sales.
  • General customer service and lead qualification
  • Communication with differing hospitality stakeholders, from Facilities Administration to Executive Chefs.
  • Flexible working with approximately 2 days per week in the office, and 3 days per week working from home or at client meetings on-site.

Catering Equipment Engineer

Job Title: Catering Equipment Engineer
Job Level: Mid to Senior
Salary: £competitive door-to-door + overtime

Are you an experienced Catering Equipment Engineer looking for a change of scenery, with the chance to work in some of London’s most prestigious hotels and restaurants? We’re interested to hear from you!

We’re looking to recruit a Catering Equipment Engineer to join our breakdown callout and servicing teams. You will be experienced in repairing all types of commercial catering equipment, from Combi Ovens to open burners, solid tops, fryers and even table-top appliances such as mixers. If you’re a specialist, don’t worry, we’d still like to hear from you.

You should be COMCAT qualified and preferably hold Gas Safe “Commercial Catering” certification. Commercial “Gas installation pipework” and “Pipework testing and purging” would be advantageous but not essential.

As an Award-Winning company, you will get the opportunity to work in some of the most famous commercial kitchens in London, including 5* Hotels on Park Lane, giving great job satisfaction. Due to the nature of the business, you will also be required to occasionally work at the opposite end of the spectrum, such as local cafés or takeaways.

The role will involve:

  • Attending breakdown callout and repairs of all commercial catering equipment.
  • Maintenance and servicing of commercial equipment on a planned basis.
  • Working collaboratively as part of a large team.
  • Dealing directly with our customers including other engineers and chefs.
  • Paid for overtime as required and occasional overnight working.
  • On-call weekend standby on a rota basis.
  • Working in Central London, Greater London and the Home Counties.
