Our cloud-based Field Service Management Software enables us to provide you with the most efficient and transparent service for all breakdown callouts, maintenance, and projects. The client portal gives you access to all Job, Asset, Invoicing, Customer and Site information from any laptop, phone or connected device. This means for any customer site at any one time you can see the up-to-date information you need.

Asset Management
All our assets are marked on-site (or we can use your asset numbers!), and you can easily request a job against each via the portal or telephone, meaning you can book a call 24/7 and track its progress.
The customer portal then gives you direct access to your full asset list and asset servicing history. You can easily see when it was last serviced, showing if it passed or failed with a condition report and associated notes.
We can also produce reports on spend on the equipment which allows for full asset management to see what equipment is working efficiently and when your customer can expect to need replacements, ahead of costly repairs. This helps simplify your customers’ yearly budgeting and capex rather than being reactive and dealing with unexpected costs.
If you are in charge of multiple locations, your assets are listed under each site. You can even see any transfer history if we move an asset from site to site.

Job Management
Our customer portal gives you direct access to all Pending, Progress, Completed, Invoiced, and even Archived jobs, with live and up to date information so you can always see accurate information.
You can log callout jobs via the portal and see any work that has previously been carried out or any outstanding advisory parts for full transparency on the asset.
Booking through the portal will automatically raise a job to enable the repair to be resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible. This is all backed up with our office Service Desk for in-person telephone calls and assistance.

A dedicated team of engineers 7-days a week...from 5am
Our engineers are available as standard from 5am, or from 4am by appointment, to ensure we can complete your commercial kitchen maintenance and repairs before your service starts. We aim to be on-site within 24-hours of logging your callout, and often within 2 – 6 hours depending on our engineers’ location and availability.
Our engineers are trained to our own and industry standards, regularly attending manufacturers’ training courses to ensure they keep up-to-date with the latest products and repair procedures. This is in addition to our own in-house certified training.
TAG’s engineers are employed directly by us, are fully conversant with current health and safety regulations and are CSCS qualified. They are multi-skilled, allowing them to carry out more than one breakdown callout at a time, meaning less engineers on site, causing less disruption to the kitchen operation; saving time, callout charges and return calls.
