Job Management

Our customer portal gives you direct access to all Pending, Progress, Completed, Invoiced, and even Archived jobs, with live and up to date information so you can always see accurate information.

You can log callout jobs via the portal and see any work that has previously been carried out or any outstanding advisory parts for full transparency on the asset.

Booking through the portal will automatically raise a job to enable the repair to be resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible. This is all backed up with our office Service Desk for in-person telephone calls and assistance.

Asset Management

All our assets are marked on-site, and you can easily request a job against each via the portal or telephone, meaning you can book a call 24/7 and track its progress.

The customer portal then gives you direct access to your full asset list and asset servicing history. You can easily see when it was last serviced, showing if it passed or failed with a condition report and associated notes.

You can also produce reports on spend on the equipment which allows for full asset management to see what equipment is working efficiently and when you can expect to need replacements, ahead of costly repairs. This helps simplify your yearly budgeting and capex rather than being reactive and dealing with unexpected costs.

If you are in charge of multiple locations, your assets are listed under each site. You can even see any transfer history if we move an asset from site to site.
