D1 Lean Wash Center®
Nor:disks first undercounter dishwasher! D1 is available in either a Base or Master edition, both editions have a capacity ranging from 30 up to 100 meals per day. Both feature extra features like Sequential Rinse Technology, as well as AutoClean and Water change programs. D1 has been developed with sustainability in mind, it uses just 1.3 L of water per cycle from 0.09 kWh per cycle and is equipped with an energy-saving mode.
D2 Lean Wash Center®
A traditional hooded dishwasher! D2 is available in either a Base or Master, editions have a capacity ranging from 70 up to 210 meals per day. The Master edition features extras like Kick´n Wash, Sequential Rinse Technology, as well as AutoClean and Water change programs. Granule Maxi is a front-loaded granule pot washer with a capacity ranging from 400 up to 3000 meals per day. There are 3 editions available: FreeFlow, Flow, and Compact. Each version comes with standard accessories. They can also be adjusted to your requirements by adding smart accessories. It’s the highest capacity Granuldisk, washing 8 GN 1/1 or 4 GN 2/1 per cycle, saving up to 1,700 litres per day!
Granule Flexi
Granule Flexi is a front-loaded granule pot washer that has a capacity ranging between 200 and 500 meals per day and is available in two different versions. Each version comes with standard accessories. They can be adjusted further to your requirements by adding one or more smart accessories. The same as a Maxi, but in a smaller footprint, washing 4 GN 1/1 per cycle, saving up to 520 litres per day!

Granule Smart
Granule Smart is a front-loaded granule pot washer that has a capacity ranging from 400 to 1,500 meals per day. It performs well for its size and fits in less than 1 sqm. Available in two versions, Standard or Free Flow. Each version comes with a selected accessories package and can be adjusted further to your requirements. A capacity of 6 GN 1/1 per cycle.
Granule Combi
Granule Combi is a commercial passthrough dishwasher that fits kitchens preparing and serving from 150 to 1,000 meals per day. It combines the efficient award-winning Granule Technology with regular dishwashing technology, automatic basket detection and program selection. It can wash both pots/utensils as well as plates, cutley and crockery! 7 GN 1/1 capacity per cycle!
Granule Gastro
Granule Gastro is a high-performance pass-through granule pot washer that fits GN-based operations with a capacity ranging from 200 to 1,000 meals per day. It comes with standard accessories and loads most of the GN range. To fit more wash ware and adjust the machine to your needs, simply add one or more smart accessories. Wash up to 6 GN 1/1 per hour.

How do Nor:disk warewashing machines work?
Nor:disk ware washing solutions mix PowerGranules, high-pressure water, and a small amount of detergent for an efficient mechanical scrubbing effect – sanitizing results using high temperatures. All in all using on average 70% less water, energy, and chemicals.
Can a Nor:disk pot wash machine save me money?
Yes! All-in-all a Nor:disk machine could save up to 70% in energy, water and chemicals. What’s more, the full wash cycle can take as little as 2-minutes, with no pre-washing. This means it can not only save precious natural resources but time, ensuring efficiency in your kitchen operation. The average return on investment is between 18 and 24 months. As an example, the Granule Smart+ can save up to 1,400 litres of water and 2.8 litres of chemicals per day.
Do Nor:disk machines adequately sanitise equipment?
Yes! As well as using PowerGranules, high-pressure water and a small amount of detergent, it uses high temperature instead of chemicals to sanistise. Machines feature a 65°C wash cycle and 85°C rinse cycle, ensuring hygienically clean pots, pans and other wares.
Can a Nor:disk machine replace other warewashing equipment?
Absolutely. Firstly it can help save space as no pre-washing is required. That means no sink or wash-up area. And depending on the model you choose, it will have dual-modes. One for pots and pans and one for more delicate items such as glasses, crockery and plastic, meaning it could replace your standard commercial dishwasher.
What Nor:disk machine do you recommend?
There are a variety of machines to suit different hospitality and commercial kitchen environments, with many of the machines having their own options and variations. How much space does a Nor:disk pot wash take up?
Nor:disk pot wash machines vary in size depending on the machine type and throughput required. It will also depend on whether you require a “passthrough” or front-loading machine. However Nor:disk machines can help save space by reducing the number of dishwashers and wash-up space required. The TAG Recommended Smart+ machine can wash glasses and crockery as well as pots and pans, and takes up just 1sq/m floor space and fits within standard ceiling heights. No, not all of the Nor:disk machines use granules. Any products from the Lean Wash Center range use traditional dishwasher washing technology. The X2 Lean Wash Center actually has dual-pump technology for dual washing (pots, pans, utensils and plates, cutlery, crockery). We have divided the Nor:disk range above into the two primary categories; Lean Wash Centre and more traditional Granuldisk pot washing machines.
