The fit:
- Experience in fault finding, repairing, and maintaining any type of domestic or commercial warewashing machines, such dishwashers, glasswashers, rack machines, flight machines or pot-wash granule based machines!
- Ideally exposure to other catering equipment types, although not essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience using Field Service Management software on a mobile phone, tablet or PDA.
- UK Driving License.
The role:
- Choice of shift patterns (early or late)
- Attending breakdown callout and repairs of all warewashing equipment and other catering equipment (experience dependent).
- Maintenance and servicing of warewashing equipment on a planned basis.
- Working collaboratively as part of a large team.
- Dealing directly with our customers including other engineers and chefs.
- Working in Central London, Greater London and the Home Counties.
- Continuous manufacturer training and development opportunities.
Salary and progression:
- £33,000 – £45,000 DOE
- Salary based on a door-to-door basis.
- Paid for overtime.
- Long-term career path to becoming a fully qualified catering equipment engineer or a senior member of the team.
